There are those who would pay money just to watch DAVID GOGO’S stage craft and hear his spontaneous one-line cutters. David has been one of the camp’s cornerstones for years. His son, Lincoln has been to Hornby with him since he was a baby and finally debuted his own drumming in the band Hippies On The Roof two years ago on student night. But it David’s blues guitar finesse that has him coming back to camp each year. He has continuously recognized on the national stage as one of Canada’s most authentic and extraordinary Bluesmen. He continues that recognition with a Juno Album of the Year nomination in 2012 for his album Soul Bender, and in 2013 with his Maple Blues nomination for Guitar Player of the Year. David returns to instruct in the 2013 camp once again.
