Tuesday Minor - History of the “Tin Sandwich”
This class will be a lecture on the history of the harmonica from its inception to modern day and some of the instrument’s changes in the instrument’s three-thousand-year history. Keith will demonstrate instruments from some of his collection including: Chinese Sheng, 48 chord, 4 octave chromatic, diatonic, bass, and poly-chromatic harmonicas. Not only will you learn the history of an instrument you play but having bragging rights for its pedigree.
